Terms and Conditions for E-Invoice

These Terms and Conditions govern the issuance and use of electronic invoices (e-Invoices) for purchases made from Exprint Malaysia Sdn Bhd. By requesting or using our e-Invoice service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for e-Invoice

  • e-Invoices are available for all purchases made through Exprint Malaysia Sdn Bhd, whether online, in-store, or via official sales channels.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete billing information during purchase or at the time of the e-Invoice request.

  • A valid Malaysian Business Registration Number (BRN) and Tax Identification Number (TIN) must be provided for tax-compliant invoices.


2. e-Invoice Request Process

  • Customers may request e-Invoices by:

    • Submitting an e-Invoice Request Form (available on our website or upon request).

    • By scanning QR code on our Cash Sales receipt.

  • The following information is required:

    • Full business name / Individual Name

    • NRIC/Passport/Army/Company registration number

    • Tax number (if applicable)

    • Email address for invoice delivery

    • Invoice reference (receipt number, order number)


3. Processing Time

  • e-Invoices will be processed and sent via email within 3–5 business days upon receipt of complete and valid details.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information may cause delays.


4. Format and Delivery

  • e-Invoices will be issued in XML or JSON as per generated by MyInvois and sent via email to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is accurate and accessible.


5. Amendments and Reissuance

  • Any request for amendments (e.g., name change, address update) must be made within 7 days from the invoice issuance date.

  • Reissuance due to customer error may incur a reprocessing fee.


6. Compliance

  • Exprint Malaysia Sdn Bhd issues e-Invoices in compliance with the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDN) guidelines.

  • Customers are responsible for submitting their invoices to LHDN via MyInvois Portal (if applicable to their business).


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Exprint Malaysia Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any penalties or issues arising from incorrect data provided by the customer.

  • Exprint Malaysia Sdn Bhd is not liable for failure to deliver the invoice due to spam filters, full inboxes, or incorrect email addresses.


8. Changes to Terms

  • Exprint Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
