There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

Design: We provide creative services to our clients when requested. Please see our Creative Services sections here for more information on how we can help with design and artworking for you.

Finishing: We also provide finishing services (binding, lamination, cutting, sorting) for all printed work we do for you.

Personalised Printing: We have the facilities and technology to personalise your prints, for example having your photos or name in a calendar, and personalising your direct mailers in creative ways. Find out more about this service under Services > Personalised Printing

Delivery: We are able to get your prints delivered to any location for a small fee.

Yes you can, as long as what you are printing does not conflict with the Malaysian printing and publication law. EXPrint will not print jobs that contain offensive literature or images. This includes information that are politically, religiously or racially, sensitive. EXPrint will not be responsible for any infringement of artwork content.

Note that we also do not enhance or manipulate any official documents conferred by the government (i.e identification cards, passports, etc) or any other established bodies or organizations as it is unethical and against the laws.

Yes you can. We provide digital and offset printing for large-scale outputs.

Our system supports CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.

We have a selection of good quality paper for your prints. These include textured paper and white recycled paper.

Unfortunately, we do not give out the soft copy of any artwork created at EXPrint without fees of RM350.00.

Do note that your artwork will be kept in our servers so we will be able to retrieve your artwork easily should you need to print with us again.

We accept:

• Adobe Acrobat(.pdf)
• Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
• Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
• Adobe Indesign (.indd)
• Microsoft Office documents (.doc, .xls, .ppt)
• High resolution image files (.jpeg / .jpg / .tiff)

 We do not accept Microsoft Office files for certain items (eg. Namecards, buntings, etc).

Yes, you can. Kindly click on Request a Quote on our site. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to help you get started.

Yes, the prices on the site is final. For custom product, you will need to Request a Quote as the prices are calculated with regard to the most basic paper/card types, sizes and single side printing. As you know, the final printing cost depends on many parameters: paper/card weights or thickness (GSM/Pt), glossy or matt finish, 2 or 4 colors, square or rounded corners, single or double side printing, quantity, destination shipping charges and the mode of transport. Once you send us the quote, we will quickly mail you the final, exact price.

Shipping cost depends on the following factors: number of packages, the weight of the package, destination, and shipping service.

To get shipping estimates, please click the Shipping Cost Estimation link at the bottom of the product calculator. Choose your state to see the options.

Package will be delivered between 09:00am- 06:00pm on business days. There may be no deliveries available on weekend or public holidays.

After order has been completed, we will send your tracking number through your email or you can log in to your account. Click on theTrack Order to see status of your parcel.

To change your shipping address, please log in to Your Account, then click My Account. Click My Address and Edit to update your address.

If you have already placed an order but need to change your shipping address, please contact Customer Service. Please note that we can no longer use the new address once your order has been shipped.
